What am I?

For the last 6 years I heard you low and slow rumble and drone overhead. I would see you when I looked out the windows of tall buildings, out walking and most often from my backyard where I spent most of my time. I could photograph you but no cameras are allowed inside. You are less frequent than you were 4 years ago. Some days there were 3 of you per day. All told I watched you countless times.
I knew what you were and why you were doing what you did, I just knew. You always circled the entire Capitol grounds where few dare to tread and finally went north and then east to rest. Your journey was one of great respect and personal dread. I never spoke of you, there are no words. When I saw taking Chance all the grief of silently watching you for years poured out in uncontrolable tears.
