We smoked some snig (eel) one time, but when it came out of the smoker, it tasted vile.

Even the cat turned her nose up at it !

Agree with Dave H - smoked trout (sea or no) is indeed sublime.

I love smoked venison, and my beloved loves smoked salmon.

Smoked Lancashire cheese or Cheshire cheese - wow.
