Only just spotted this thread so I'm catching up... and can't get to MySpace while I'm away "working", but...

Which brings up the question of what the CD is for. It's perfectly legitimate to make a CD that you can't play live. So long as you're not punting it to promoters as "This is what we sound like live". Of course, some folks want a souvenir of a gig and they often prefer "live". But, to me, a CD and a live gig are two different things. I often hugely enjoy a live act, only for the CD to disappoint.
