Having to dash to New Zealand on Monday... hopefully 2 weeks of running around in the sunshine and having no money for junk food will do something to get me off this plateau!

Otherwise, still stuck at 15, lots of dashing about yesterday but no actual excercise... weigh in tomorrow will be the last for 3 weeks... ho hum.
