The problem with selling property to Jews is that once Jews own it, it can never be sold to anyone who is not a Jew, according to Israeli law. This law is a part of the ethnic cleansing program that the government of Israel is practicing against the Palestinians. So it doesn't surprise me if the Palestinians take it very seriously.
