Privately owned land in Israel can be bought and sold by anyone to anyone. Jews, Christians, Muslims, Arabs, etc.

Perhaps CarolC is thinking about the Israeli law which does bar Arabs from buying state-owned land.

But it's not just Arabs who are barred from buying state-owned land. Jews, Christians, members of all other religions, whether or not they are Israeli citizens or from abroad, are also barred from buying state-owned land.
