A review of something I hadn't seen before, although perhaps others may already know about it.

A guitar with built in lights on the fretboard, so that the "correct" fret lights up to tell you where to put your flabby fingers. I didn't look far enough to see how many accessories are necessary to make it work.

Pending further comment from others, perhaps the less I say the better for all, but if anyone thinks this might be worth a look:
