Skellig Michael (Greater Skellig) although its probably usually got to from the Ring of Kerry (we went from Ballinskelligs)- especially if you can get a boat from Dingle. Amazing place. Otherwise it is worth the drive

Slea Head - the beehive huts & the fort (can't remember the name) that clings to the edge of the cliff - brilliant - there are passageways there created with gaps in the overlying footpaths so shafts of light illuminate the passageways - my kids loved it.
Amazing views from all around the headland.

the Conor Pass is great too as long as you don't get stuck behind a big tourist bus.
