AKLOWA Drum School, Takeley - following the sad death of the founder and the closure of the African Village project.

Helen from Aklowa rang me yesterday. She has managed to sell that beautiful house and buy somewhere smaller in Stansted.   She had a patio sale last week, but the weather was against her! So...she's going to repeat the exercise this coming Saturday – she has loads of drums, percussion stuff, African materials and artefacts as well as household goods that just will not fit into her new home...EVERYTHING MUST GO!


The sale will be from 10.0 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. and I'll certainly be there and hope to catch up with some of you. Here's the address...it's easy to find...from Stortford it's immediately after the Village Hall in Takeley.
