Question:- If pot is legalised... who will be authorised to sell it and will the prices be fixed? Also if the price is fixed then will there be a black market trade still??.... Also, when it was proven that cigarettes damage your health, people were suing the tobacco companies for misleading them about how good cigarettes are for you.... when the true figures of damaged persons due to pot comes to light, who will get sued for the pot smokers bad health??... Just a few thoughts there... your views welcome.
