Thanks to a sleepless night I was up and made it to the Y and did my full nautilus circuit.

I found some granola sweetened apparently with chicory; no sweeteners listed. It's still pretty carby but at least it's worthwile fiber.

A cusotmer brought these obscenely good chocolate thingys to us yesterday and I'm afraid I was bad. Chocolate does that.
