    We're trying to figure out the lyrics to Lead Belly's Corn Bread Rough. That's the song he played on his windjammer (accordion). Here's what we have so far:




Jawbone eat and jawbone talk, jawbone eat you with a knife and fork.

Way down yonder by.................................the people done awake (gonna wait?) till the sun go down.

Corn bread rough and corn bread tough, ain't God almighty got corn bread 'nuff.

Old little lady.........................., ..........come along and broke her back.

...............in law,...........coming back with a broken jaw.
