um...I have heard both of these songs performed at pagan gatherings. I first heard the moose song at least ten years ago. If you are not directly profiting from them I would think it is not a big deal. These guys in this band do not sound like they possess the real "spirit" of Ren Faire performers if they have this sort of attitude, IMHO...
