I apologize for the duplicate posting...:/ I got booted offline after hitting the submit button so i didn't know if the post went through or not...that was MY bad and i'm sorry...

Many thanks to all of you that have helped me so far...the lyrics i have for both songs are a little bit different from the ones that are on this site, so i'm hoping they are different enough...this is just a rinky-dink little faire that just started this year and is only running 3 weekends, so I don't see what the major deal is...I know i've heard both songs for going on 10 years now, and the band in question didn't release any copyrighted versions of either song until 5 years ago...I just don't know how the laws and such work and if I just had an author or even someone that heard the songs more than 10 years ago, that would be all the evidence i need...:)
