Sunday 3rd May - 2pm - Sing for Pete's Sake - Pete Seeger 90th Birthday Singalong at Kings Cross Food & Wine Fair
An opportunity facilitated by Warren Fahey. If an indoors venue can't be found, then Warren suggests the small plaza in Roslyn Avenue opposite the Piccolo Bar.
As Warren says: "This is a free event and not sponsored by or part of any other event. It is simply a way of publicly acknowledging Pete Seeger's extraordinary work and his love of impromptu singing.
People are organising similar events all over the world on that same day. There will be no stage, no sound system, no signage, no payment - no nothing........ Just music and song."
