Thread Name: Easingwold FC - 20th April - Singaround!
Subject: RE: Easingwold FC - 20th April - Singaround!
I'll keep my comments to myself in future as they seem to have been received in a "let's get the wagons round in a circle" way rather than how they were intended.

So let me state it terribly simply and understand it is not now and was not meant as a negative criticism or demand for change. Sheeesh.

I think it is great that something is started in Easingwold and I hope it continues. How it is run is completely up to whomever runs it and I have no urge in the world to tell anyone to do it differently. The only point in providing feedback - whether it is positive, negative, indifferent - is to provide feedback that might be helpful. People often will not tell you things directly but will share their views between each other and may even vote with their feet at some point. Knowledge is power. To be aware of a situation though does NOT mean that you have to do anything at all about it.

Nutty - I'd slightly take issue with one point. The backbone of your club is likely to be formed from those local people who will come on a regular basis rather than people who will travel 80miles in an evening - it is one of the reasons I rarely get to Mickleby or various other places that I sometimes get to but don't regularly because of distance.

I get around a fair bit but there is a limit - since the 11th April I've managed to get to Burneston, Boroughbridge twice, Easingwold, Flaxton, York twice and Pickering.

All different too.
