My ISP recently upgraded to the faster ADSL 2+ - I was told all I had to do was to reboot my router to use the new service, but when I tried this, there was no longer a connection. On phoning the helpline I was told the router was probably not compatible with 2+ and I would need to replace it -there had been no warning before that I would need to do this. Bit of a cheek I thought as it cost £70 and took a day to get it all sorted.

Anyone else a similar experience with this upgrade?
