Tam, we've heard, year on year that the Festival is to be moved to Chatham Maritime, and possibly the Dickens Experience. The amount of trouble in the High Street leads me to the thought that it just might happen. I bet there'll be no streer drinking or carrying drink from pub to pub in future, and none of it because of the folkies. Bloody Chavs!
