From your previous posts it appears likely that you're in the UK?

Do enough friends who might have the disc know where you live? Some who might be willing to walk down the street might be less willing to have their disc at the other end of the isle.

HP lists 4 or 5 separate sub-versions of the 3210, with separate support pages for each. There are separate driver downloads for each of about five different Operating Systems for each of the 3210 versions. The downloads may or may not be different for the sub-models, but a specific model number is needed to get into the "HP Customer Care" site at the right place to get what you want. Obviously the OS has to be known.

If you can provide more specific information, someone might be able to download the drivers you need, (and with HP there may also be "management" programs) and email them to you(?).

Downloads from HP are usually pretty painless with a high-speed connection, but you may be getting failures from AV or other "stuff" on your computer. Do you have any "features" that might explain your inability to download? Are you trying to "run" the download or saving to disc to run after download?

There are separate TWAIN drivers for many HP scanners. Do you need/want TWAIN for your setup?
