robomatic: I have never heard "Frigging in the rigging" used as an expletive, tho it would certainly be an expressive one. In the chorus of "The Good Ship Venus", however, it is to be taken literally:

    Frigging in the rigging,
    Wanking on the planking,
    Buggery in the snuggery --
    There's fuck-all else to do.

N.B. In Britain frigging, like wanking, means masturbating.
