Tee hee! However, an EFDSS sponsored network of concerts, folk sessions and workshops around the UK would be interesting - and I believe some of this happens already.

My "virtual resource" suggestion was indeed foolish as I said, because the large amount of money for such projects is never available when needed. But technically, it's not impossible, and copyrights can be negotiated.
