I had some lemon balm in pots on my back patio years ago and it escaped into the sand between the bricks and is moving along the back wall. It isn't as invasive as what you describe, and I have transplanted some of it because of it's tendency to keep coming back and out compete some of the grass. I no longer feel guilty when I get tired of looking at it and mow it down. It smells lovely.

I would like to declutter my sinuses today. I was okay when I got up, but I have since had to go through the various steps one takes when a sinus headache looms.
