hmmm, must not have posted my weigh-in last week. I can't remember what it was 2 weeks ago, either.

Anyway, I was 186 at the Y this morning; I think I'm yoyoing but at least I seem to be yoyoing in a downward direction, still.

I am not working out like I should be, but I am yanking a lot of weeds (which just gives me a backache, but has to be burning a little something.)
