Folks, may I ask you to send some good thoughts etc. for my friend, Roger Curtis's, kitties, Cassie and Timmy, and his parrot, Toby, that they be kept together and go to a good, loving home? He passed away, unexpectedly, on Tuesday and his stupid family let his abusive-ex take over his apt. and everything including the pets. They should not be left in his care and he has expressed a half-hearted "guess I'll have to find them homes" which in his case, could be anything. Anyway, we have some folks there who are trying to see what can be done. At one point Toby was to come to my daughter when and if anything happened to Roger. That doesn't matter, we and the rest of his friends just want to *see* them together in the home of someone who will love them and care for them as he did, or at least close to it.
