It's the lazy and stupid approach to dealing with public health. Let them live a bad lifestyle...let them get fat, lazy, unhealthy, and sick. Then rush in with the medical fire brigage of drugs, surgery, radiation, and chemotherapy...AFTER the damage has been done.
