Yup, the all-night jam in one of the lounges can easily be an all-night sing in one of the other spaces. There are after-concert workshoppy thingies also, that I believe may or may not be organized/assigned ahead of time. Interest in one of those is bound to grab organizers' interest.

I have not been to the Getaway, so I can't say how they are similar or different-- anyone else care to say? I CAN say that frequent attendees at FC are as welcoming to newcomers as anyone could want.
