i think thats why some fetivals only allow dogs if you are in a caravan so they can't escape and are familiar. but when we were in the tent i must admit they escaped once, we tried to pin everythig down but it didn't work, to be fair it was our first time in a tent with them. we know alot more now though. i will say that we are not perfect dog owners have have made a few mistakes but we will own up to them and apologise if it is needed. however some people complain if they holw for 5 mins after we leave them but they are always sound asleep when we get back a few hours later. i agree that other peoples' children are more of nusance sometimes and nobody says a thing double standards methinks
