I was walking past Jenners department store in the centre of Edinburgh a few days and heard some godawful whiny singing coming from somewhere. I thought it must have been some very down-at-heel busker with every drug, alcohol and personal hygiene problem known to urban existence, and was amazed that Jenners hadn't got him moved on, as they still have pretensions to classiness.

There was no busker. It was coming from Jenners display window. They have a roomful of Dylan's paintings for sale at the moment and they were beaming Dylan songs over the street to advertise it. (I didn't recognize the song at all, but if it had been a busker I think he'd have been in for a long wait for his first 20p).
