Maybe it's accurate, maybe it's not, but it does clearly seem to make the two charges which Donuel mentioned, that Rumsfeld dragged his feet on providing help for Katrina victims, and that he gave Bush "intel reports with cover sheets complete with biblical quotes", suggesting that the Iraq War should be seen as a Crusade.
