I reckon that "Lizzie Cornish" is actually Jon Boden's brilliant but deranged great aunt, sitting in an attic with a computer, chain-smoking Embassy untipped and trying to do her best to scupper those bastards from Show of Hands.
"But Jon, I was only trying to help..." may be the last quavering words we hear as she's bundled into the back of a white van. Come to think of it, it was probably her that nicked the gin...
