Alasdair Fraser and, seconding rangeroger, Natalie MacMaster. I saw MacMaster last Spring perform in Berkeley, and she is every bit the dancer she is the fiddler. An amazing step dancer! Alasdair Fraser is another who puts his whole body into it when he performs. On the pop music end of things, Mariah Carey is so stunningly beautiful I enjoy watching her perform even though the music doesn't stick with me.
