A former Toronto Maple Leaf is now in the battle of his life, 44-year-old Peter Zezel is apparently close to death in a Toronto hospital.
According to sources close to Zezel, he is near his death because of a blood disorder haemolytic anaemia which has plagued him for the better part of the last 10 years.
