Dorrie says, "Most of these are consisdered pretty lame over here in England." I suspected as much, since most of them are 20 years old by the time they reach America. However, they do make a change from the majority of moronic drivel created here. Or as Miss Brahms would say, "dead common."

I have seen Mr. Bean several times, and it does seem odd. I recall one brilliant scene where Mr. Bean put on his swimming trunks without removing his trousers, a feat I would have thought impossible!

Thanks for all the great tips on other B.B.C. comedies. I'll be watching for them on our P.B.S. network. Yes, we do have cable TV in Oklahoma, but I am too cheap to pay for it. TV should be free! == Johnny
