The book I am currently reading (for the FIRST time...it surprised me..I .knew the first paragraph,,,and also "Barkus is willin"...and the explanation of economic folly...and somehow ... missed this amazing novel ) is David Copperfield ... Dickens is an absolute genius ... and the sculpting of "Steerforth" throughout the novel far pre-dates any sort of "psychological profile" ... but it is true, True, TRUE....to the McAfee description that is referenced.
