Personally, it was flipping over the All You Need is Love 7" way back in the summer of 1967 that I regard as a seminal moment in my own musical history. Although only 6-years-old at the time I nevertheless recall my soul thrilling to the psychedelic folk bag-piping modality of Baby, You're a Rich Man which still brings a smile to my lips more than 40 years on.

No great Beatles Fan, they were part of the cultural ambience of my childhood - and along with other folkish popular musics, from Rolf Harris to Ennio Morricone, they helped shaped my musical vision in my formative years.
