No, it's just that I've gotten the staff to the point where they don't need me very much. Which is what I wanted to do when I took the job. I take the heat, answer the nasty patrons, and deal with the BIG issues like the budget. Then I think up stuff like these radio interviews and delegate, delegate, delegate.
