There is no valid reason that I can think of for NOT POSTING the URL for any legal, honest, or useful utility.

There is NO NECESSITY for publishing an email address, or for having someone contact an intermediary via email, unless one is in the business of collecting email addresses or distributing malware via email.

I would recommend NOT RESPONDING to the above post, and/or it's deletion if not immediately "corrected" with full descriptions of the "marvelous free malsoftware, it's uses, purposes, and sources.
