It's a nice maranand for pork -- pour a bottle over some cutlets or a loin roast and let is marinate all day. Turn the meat every so ofter, and cook with sweet onions and tart apples (like Granny Smiths). You can put a bit of cinnamon and allspice and a couple turns of black pepper in just before you put it in the oven.
