You could cook the meat into something then refreeze it. You could even grill it then freeze it. Not as good when it's frozen so you wouldn't thaw and warm and eat plain, but it could be then used to make something on a rainy day, like to saute onions and peppers and add thin sliced steak and make fajitas.

Our pattern is heavy rain in evening, sunny mornings, but so soggy can't do much.
