I tried to cook couscous once. It was all lumpy and coagulated - and tasted of nothing in particular, but the lamb tagine sounds lovely. My only reservation is "Should Richard be eating his girl friend?

I shall be serving my usual Chinese stir-fry pork and rice.

Absolutely no chicken ! Ginger is safe from me at least.
