To expand slightly on what Mario's saying: click and drag your cursor over the text you want to print--it should highlight (don't accidentally activate a link--click around links not on them). Hit "copy" in your edit menu, or easier still Ctrl and C on your keyboard. The highlighted text --just what appears on the screen, not the HTML code-- is now on your Windows clipboard and you can paste it into any text editor or word processor, which is far preferable and faster than trying to print from your browser.

Its not really cut and paste, you can't cut text from your browser, just copy.

One final thing: if the line breaks make the text look weird when you have pasted it, there's ways of sorting that out. I use a dandy free multi-file text editor called Note Tab, which you can get free from Tucows.com . It's got a "join lines" function which cuts all those line breaks out and reformats a paragraph together.
