Thanks, Mbo, but I "let go" of all my Oasis ('whatever' included) when I found out that they were a 'project'. Also, though I was "rocker" for many years,... I have sort of picked up the pieces of my roots, and moved backwards into the traditions that I grew up with. Its like I'm not satisfied with contemporary music unless it is firmly based in folk foundations. It is true, I think, and it can be argued with great force, that grunge pop is expressing todays feelings effectively, as is rap, industrial, way out jazz, and even country...

But as for me, I want magic that is soooo strong, that it needs only a clear voice, an acoustic instrument, and people open and close... harmonising without even trying to.
