Typical Conservative agenda, pander to the uninformed constituency that crime is rampant and they need all these tools to combat it, when in fact statistics show that the crime rate is decreasing. Aren't there more important problems to be addressing, like the economy for instance? The sooner we get rid of these bums the better.
