Anyone have the (rest of the) words and chords for a song that goes?

"West Virginia you're my home,

I know it sounds silly to ask; but even though I hear this song quite frequently at song circles and concerts; I never catch the name of song /artist.
I may be performing at a small gathering next week and would like to do this song, as others can join in on the chorus.
