When my cousins daughter from the US visited our folk club some years ago she made the comment that it was nice to see somewhere where middle aged, middle class men can get together:-) I thought it was perfectly valid. Maybe this should become out theme somg?

Anyhow - who said 'What is a Saxon'? In answer I must point you to the Norse Film and Pageant Society. They had trouble recruiting members until they introduced Saxon beserkers and a cold buffet at every meeting. People then went along for the Saxon thugs and sausage rolls...
