Listening to a track, 'The Poor Smuggler's Boy', from a compilation called Songs of the Travelling People.

She has one of the loveliest voices I've ever heard. Sort of a bit Billie Holliday, a bit Karen Dalton. Really stands out in the context of the voices on this particular album - totally out of kilter (not that the other performances aren't fantastic, of course).

Although her surname is spelled 'Brasil' on the track listings, I assume she's part of the Brazil family, right? Can anyone tell me if there are any more recordings of her? I know there's a Brazil family recording on mustrad...
