Hmmmm... I don't know the answer to your question, Uncle Dave, but I have a similar one: Does he get to vote retroactively, so to speak? In other words, can he enter a vote on each of the bills, motions, etc., in the Senate over the last 5-plus months on which he was denied a voice because of the meritless lawsuits?

Anyway, hooray for Senator Franken! Long may he serve!
