For any risk assessment... consider all possible hazards/dangers which may be apparent and work out what steps to take to minimise any possible risk to third parties and staff concerned. Take those steps and record accurately the whole of the 'Risk Assessment' you have done.......... suggest initially that you ask anyone else involved what risks they might see also... to minimise any risks even further..... a group of people are less likely to miss something
