I'm STILL dealing with Disc Makers trying to get the graphics right on my order. They have been very cooperative, and I even got a phone call from Tony VanVeen and follow-ups from his staff. However, the product is still not right, 3 months later, although it's getting closer...

Seem to be a nice bunch of folks, even when I lose my patience and resort to sarcasm (sorry). I'm trying to re-order something I've re-ordered successfully several times before from their outsourced vendor, and I'm spending a great deal of time working with them to shake down their apparently new process.
