Hooray Hooray, the festivals today
I hope you are all of good cheer
The plans are all set and the weather I bet
will be showery, but not like last year.

The parade will take place, at a nice steady pace
In costume we all will look fine
The songs and the tunes will ring out quite soon
and the landlords will never call time
